GET a Playlist in Channel (Version 2.0)

By following the downlink from the collection of playlists under a channel we can retrieve a single named playlist.

Syntax
GET /api/channels/[channel]/playlists/[playlist]

Disallowed Actions

This end-point does not allow POST, and will return a 'HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed'.
