Viz Trio 4.2.0

Release Date: 2024-04-02

These are the release notes for Viz Trio version 4.2.0. This document describes the user-visible changes that have been done to the software since release 4.1.0.

Release Highlights

The primary focus of Viz Trio 4.2 has been stability improvements, enhancing overall application performance and ensuring a more reliable experience for all users.

A small, yet important addition, is the support for WIBU v3 licensing, which allows more flexibility in transferring licenses between containers using the licensing portal.

We also removed the enforcement of admin-user privileges. Users must continue following Viz Engine's recommendations when running it without administrator privileges.

Please note that Datacenter is now a separate installer and no longer bundled with Viz Trio.
