Viz Pilot Edge Release Notes

Viz Pilot Edge 2.3.0

Release Date: 2022-04-11

These are the release notes for Viz Pilot Edge and Template Builder versions 2.3.0. This document describes the user-visible changes that have been made to the software since release 2.2.0.

Release Highlights

The ability to write to the control field will allow even greater speed, flexibility and customization of the fill-in form. Leveraging functionality like the Fetch API will allow resources to be retrieved asynchronously across the network such as a JSON object, which could then be parsed and used in the fill-in form.

Adding support for Oracle DB backend with a new Oracle schema.

We are adding 2 testing endpoint APIs to Viz Pilot Data Server 8.9 to assist in training and to experiment the new functionality.
