Symptoms
Graphics do not appear in the Zoom meeting.
The Show graphic in meeting toggle is ON.
The required information has been entered.
After refreshing the app, Zoom may show: “Profile error occurred. Your preferences can not be read.”
Possible Cause
This may happen when Zoom’s embedded app cache or webview session becomes corrupted. Vizrt InteractifAI may load in the sidebar, but the graphic preferences may not be read correctly, preventing the overlay from rendering.
