A. Many Zoom meetings rely on screen sharing or verbal explanation to provide structure. Vizrt InteractifAI adds visual clarity – without replacing faces or interrupting conversation.
Q. How is this different from screen sharing slides?
A. Slides take over the screen. Vizrt InteractifAI overlays only the visuals, when you need them - keeping hosts and participants visible and engaged.
Q. Do participants need to install anything?
A. No. Only the host (or remote controller) uses Vizrt InteractifAI. Participants automatically see the graphics inside your Zoom live video feed.
Q. Will graphics appear in Zoom recordings?
A. Yes. Any graphics shown during the meeting are included in Zoom’s cloud and local recordings.
Q. Is training required?
A. No formal training is required. The interface is designed for simplicity and to be used by anyone. Most users are up and running within minutes.
Q. Does Vizrt InteractifAI affect Zoom performance?
A. Vizrt InteractifAI is designed to run efficiently within Zoom with minimal performance impact. Actual performance depends on your system hardware and network connection.
Q. Can I use live data?
A. Yes. Vizrt InteractifAI supports live, data-driven graphics including:

Q. What about mirroring my video?
A. You can choose to mirror your video in Settings. This will mirror your video, including any virtual background, for you and all others in your meeting.
Q. What about latency?
A. Latency is minimal and is typically governed by network conditions and system hardware. For most meetings, graphics timing aligns naturally with the conversation.
Q. How do I remove the app?
A. To remove the Vizrt InteractifAI app, log in to your Zoom account, go to Zoom Marketplace, click Manage, go to Added Apps and select Remove from the three-dot menu next to Vizrt InteractifAI.
Removing Vizrt InteractifAI does not cancel your subscription. To manage you Vizrt InteractifAI subscription please contact your Zoom account manager or Vizrt.
