• Logfiles for Viz Ticker Client, Viz Ticker Feed, Viz Ticker Wizard and Viz Ticker System Tool are stored at %ProgramData%\Vizrt\Viz Ticker in the directories Ticker Client, Ticker Feed, Ticker Wizard and Ticker System Tool.

  • Logs for the service component Viz Ticker Service are stored in the Windows Event log. To view them, use Windows Event Viewer, expand the Applications and Services Logs directory, and select the Viz Ticker Service log.

Note: %ProgramData% is a Windows environment variable. Windows Explorer resolves them into a folder path depending on the operating system and system drive, for example, on Windows, %ProgramData%\Vizrt resolves to C:\ProgramData\Vizrt if Windows is installed on the C:\ drive.
