Diagnosis
The Diagnosis page displays the event log of the WIBU Runtime.
CmDust Log Export
To export the log into a text file, open the Windows Search on the local machine of the CodeMeter WebAdmin and search for the CmDust application. Running this application collects all of the data from CodeMeter Runtime into a text file.
Info: The CmDust application needs to be executed on the machine the Wibu Runtime is installed. This means that it needs to be executed on the license server directly in a license server workflow, or locally on a client when working with local dongles or Software Containers.
